When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your product.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
A wrong item

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product
An unboxing video (if available)

Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

How to Place a Return Request

Log in to your account on our website
Go to My Account > Order Details
Click on the Return Request button

The return option remains active for 3 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will share further instructions.
Refunds can be processed via UPI, Net Banking, or original payment method.
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
It may take 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days from the cancellation date.
