Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods or high demand, processing time may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


2. Shipping Coverage

Lobizo currently ships across India.

If you require international shipping, please contact our support team before placing your order.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional campaigns.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking information is not updated within 48 hours, please contact us.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, Lobizo is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will issue a replacement or refund after investigation.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if requested) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.


8. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This usually happens when items are dispatched from different warehouses.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.


9. Damaged During Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.

  • Record an unboxing video.

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and order details.
